The Yurt stands on the edge of an open lawned area with lovely views overlooking the Dowrog Common, where the ‘St David’s Stone’ lies. The Yurt is the ‘real thing’ made in the traditional way in Mongolia using steam bent willow, hardwood and other materials sourced in Mongolia. Our yurt has plenty of room being five meters in diameter and can sleep up to four people in one double and two single beds. It has windows and wool insulation to keep the yurt cool on hot days but with a warm and cozy atmosphere in the evening.
The yurt is also furnished with a dining table, dining chairs, bedside tables and has both electric and solar lamps and a 5amp twin electric power outlet suitable for charging computers and phones. The yurt has a private sitting-out area with tables and chairs by its own separate wooden out-building. In this there is a fully equipped kitchen with hot running water, a gas hob, fridge, and microwave. The yurt also has its own shower and loo, adjacent to the kitchen. It also has wi-fi!
